Journey of a Duck
Made for Taku's Mini Jam.
This is my first solo submission to a game jam.
The light is nearly gone
The road it seems so long
But you keep going on
You belong.
The big and lonely skies
Reflecting in your eyes
And now you realize
It's real
Ohh, ohh...
The past is far away
The future's not today
The present seems to stay
You're floating
The big and lonely skies
Reflecting in your eyes
And now you realize
You're free
Ohh, ohh...
Will you ever arrive?
Or will you always fly?

Great contemplative game!
Just on controls: I wished the left and right leg motions added more impulse to the duck, with a low friction so it can move more forward each step and you can take more time enjoying the landscape and the music as you type less on the keyboard.
Anyway, good job for the jam!
(I know, this was a perfect sandwich-feedback)
Yeah I thought about that. I chose that speed mostly because I feared that people would just rush through the game and wanted to force them to take it slow. I guess it didn't work out that well :D
I'm glad you liked it though
I quite enjoyed that!
Thank you very much :)
